At Roadwild Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item was not delivered within the estimated timeframe and tracking shows no movement for more than 30 days

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date (or estimated delivery date for lost packages).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address
  • Delays caused by customs or circumstances beyond our control

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at service@roadwild.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Please Contact Us Before Filing a Dispute

If you have any issue with your order, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us at service@roadwild.shop before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving all issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and can complicate the refund process.
