We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how our return process works.

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods for hygiene reasons
  • Digital downloads or gift cards

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at service@roadwild.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

6. Refund After Return

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
